Elite Debris was born from personal experience. As a long-time Palisades resident, our founder Mike lost his home in the devastating wildfires that swept through our community. What followed was hundreds of hours navigating the complex and often overwhelming debris removal process.
Mike's background as a general contractor gave him unique insights, but even with his professional expertise, he discovered a maze of requirements: chemical testing protocols, understanding what the Army Corps of Engineers would and wouldn't handle, and determining exactly what was needed to make a lot truly build-ready.
Through persistence and determination, Mike successfully cleared his own property, creating one of the first fully build-ready lots in the area. His property now stands as a testament to what's possible with professional, thorough private debris removal.
